15-Minute Response Time
Our policy is to respond to all Critical MaaS support requests within 15 minutes during our normal business hours of 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. EST Monday through Friday with emergency support available from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on weekends. Mission critical failures are addressed immediately, no matter when they occur, with all critical systems monitored 24/7. When issues arise, we initiate our response based on protocols designated and documented during the deployment process.
Transparency When It Comes to Product Purchases
From an $80 hard drive to an $8,000 server, we apply a flat administrative fee of 8% to anything we resell to you. Plus, we only recommend what you need. As neutral recommenders, margins with various vendors and suppliers do not impact our purchase recommendations for your organization.
